The ground rules.

Using Tapvly’s public website means accepting the rules on this page. They apply to browsing and enquiries, not to a future product account with terms of its own.

First: this is a preview.

We’re preparing Tapvly for early access. Descriptions show what we intend to offer, and the fictional profile is a demonstration. Features, availability, and launch plans can change. An email is an expression of interest, not a guaranteed invitation or a purchase.

Keep it fair.

• Explore the pages and share their addresses with people who might like them.
• Do not break into systems, overload the site, impersonate someone, or send harmful or unlawful material.
• Only send text and files you have permission to share. Leave private information about other people out of your enquiry.

Your ideas stay yours.

You keep ownership of the material you send us. We can process it to answer your message, but an enquiry does not hand over your creative rights. Tapvly’s original branding and website content remain protected; viewing them does not grant permission to republish the site as your own.

Know the limits.

The public site is offered as available, without a promise that access will be uninterrupted or all information will remain current. Where legally allowed, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses related to these pages.

Legal rights that cannot be waived still apply. We do not exclude responsibility where the law forbids it. A destination reached through a separate short link is not automatically operated or endorsed by Tapvly.

Tell us at hello@tapvly.com and include enough detail for us to understand the issue. We may restrict abusive access and revise these rules for future visits. The date above changes with a new version. Check Privacy for what happens to the information in your message.
